Ingredients

  1. For Stuffing :-
  2. 2tbsp cooking oil
  3. 2tbsp cooking oil
  4. 1medium onion finely chopped
  5. 1/2 bowl boiled channa
  6. 2Green chilli finely chopped
  7. 150 gmJalebi
  8. 2 tbspAamchoor powder
  9. 2 tbspCashew
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. For samosa sheet:-
  12. 500 gmall purpose flour
  13. Halftsp salt
  14. Halftsp of ajwain
  15. 50 gmdesi ghee
  16. 100 mlWater

Cooking Instructions

    We will take a bowl and add into flour,salt,desi ghee,ajwain now rubing it for one mint now.we will add water as required,Knead it for 5 - 6 mints and make a soft dough now cover it with cloth and keep.it aside for rest only 30mints.

    First of all we will take a pan and add into oil and onion,green chilli saute for 1 minute.

    Now add cashew nuts,amchoor powder, salt,boiled channa,jalebi and mix well and cook it few minutes.

    When it is ready we will take out it in a plate and keep it aside fir cool.

    Now we will check out our dough it is ready we will take a small piece of dough and make a small.puri.

    Now add our delicious stuffing.and make a small.samosa.

    Now take a pan add into cooking oil and fry it on normal heat or medium flame.

    When it is look golden brown we will take out in a plate and serve it with lemon if you want.
