Ingredients

30minutes
  • 100 gmbesan
  • 2onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 10 gmginger
  • 5-6garlic cloves
  • 50 gmsFresh coriander
  • 1big table spoon haldi
  • 1 table spoonred chillies
  • 2big table spoon coriander powder
  • 1 tea spooncumin powder
  • 1 tea spoongaram masala
  • 1 tea spoonkasoori methi
  • Pinchheeng
  • 2khadi red chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil
  • 3 table spoonghee

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    First take besan add pinch of haldi,pinch of salt,pinch of red chillies and sprinkle little bit of kasoori methi,now add water required to make a hard dough

    Now make a long snake kind of shape of that dough and cut into small small pieces with the help of knife..it will become into small ring shape

    Now take 3glasses of water in a pan and put these rings into the water on low flame, after 2minutes turn the flame into high,let it boil..after 10 minutes you will see the rings have come up in the pan and they are not sinking. Now take a knife or fork and prick any one ring gently if you see the fork coming out clean the rings have steamed properly.now take them out if the pan.

    Now hest oil for deep frying in the pan when it starts heating properly put the steamed rings inside the pan and fry them until golden brown and then take them out.

    Now grind onion ginger and garlic together and tomatoes separately. Heat pan and put 5tabke spoon oil let the oil heat now put the onion ginger garlic paste in the pan and saute it until it turns dark brown,now add tomato paste and saute again until it is brown now add haldi, coriander powder and red chillies powder in the pan and saute it.now add salt to taste cumin powder and add the rings in the sauted paste,mix it.Now add 2-3 cups of water and make a semi thick gravy,add garam masala.

    Now take a small pan add ghee on it,put pinch. Of heeng,then add khadi red chilles and when it throws but of smoke add then in the gravyand mix well.Now add kasoori methi and sprinkle fresh coriander.Take it out in a serving dish,it's ready to eat
