Ingredients

  1. 2 kg(Beef Liver kidney fat & meat)
  2. 6-7 tbspLeson adrak paste
  3. 6-7Onion (Sliced)
  4. 2 tbspRed chilli flakes
  5. 6-7tomato (Sliced)
  6. 2 tbspwhite vinegar
  7. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  8. to tastesalt
  9. As required cooking oil
  10. 2 tbspKasoori meethi
  11. 2.5 tbspgarm masala
  12. 2 tbspZeera powder

Cooking Instructions

    Method :
    Beef liver,kidney,fat & meat ko achi tarha wash karlen k usme zara b blood na rahe.

    Phir ik pot me oil garm kar sliced onion fry karen till it become translucent.
    Add lehsan adrak paste n bhunafy it.

    Then add 1/2 cup of water cook 2 min add chilli flakes and washed liver,kidney,fat & meat pieces.
    add Zeera powder and cover the pot by lid.

    Cook in high flame yahan tak k kaleeji gurdaybse nikalne wala pani dry hone lage.

    Add vinegar, soy sauce & sliced tomato..

    Cook for few min.add kasoori methi

  7. 7

    Add salt and garm masal in last.Cook in low flame or in a steam for 15 min.

    Now its ready to dish out.. Mazedar masaledaar kaleeji gurday ready to eat.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon slices.
