Ingredients

  1. 2Boiled potatoes
  2. 1/2 cupSemolina
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1 tspCoriander leaves
  5. 2 tspKasoori methi
  6. 1Green chilli
  7. 1/2 tspCarrom seeds
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. to tasteRed chilli powder
  10. 1 tspGaram masala
  11. as neededCooking Oil for deep frying
  12. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Heat half cup water in a pan. Add half cup semolina and cook till a dough is formed.

    Grate boiled potatoes in this dough. Mix it with chopped coriander leaves, onion, coriander leaves, kasuri methi and dry masale. Knead well.

    Now make small balls of mixture and flatten it on your palms and make a hole in the centre with your finger.

    Now heat oil in karahi and deep fry till golden brown colour. Now flip the side and fry from other side also.

    Serve hot with sauce.
