Ingredients

  1. 2-3 Bowlleftover rice
  2. 2Capsicums
  3. 2-3Onions
  4. 1/2 Bowlboiled peas
  5. 1-2boiled potatoes
  6. 2Tomatoes
  7. 2 TeaspoonGinger garlic chilli paste
  8. 2 Teaspoonpavbhaji masala
  9. To taste salt
  10. 2 TeaspoonFresh coriander leaves chopped
  11. 3-4 Teaspoonoil
  12. 2-3 Teaspoonbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Take A big flat non stick pan heat oil and than add butter. Add jira an finely chopped onions.

    After 2-3 minutes add finely chopped capsicum saute for 2 minutes than add finely chopped tomatoes and sprinkle some salt cook for 2 minutes and add boiled peas and diced potatoes. Mix well

    Add ginger garlic and chilli paste, salt red chilli powder and pavbhaji masala mix well.

    Now add the leftover rice, and mix well gently so that all the things blend well.

    Now sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves and some pavbhaji masala an mix again and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve hot
