Cooking Instructions

Take a pan and add oilto it.when oil heats add Mustard seeds to it.then add Jeera and asafoetida.

Now add chopped onion and ginger chilli paste.mix well.

Now when onion become translucent add Turmeric,salt,chopped potato,soaked rice flakes.mix well.

Now add lemon juice,chopped coriander and mix well.

Now sprinkle pomegranate seeds and enjoy quick and easy poha.
