Ingredients

  1. Cooking oil
  2. Halfkg mixed meat
  3. Teaspoonpepper
  4. Coriander
  5. Teaspooncumin
  6. Salt
  7. Purpose flour
  8. Water
  9. Cumin
  10. Pepper
  11. Green onion

Cooking Instructions

    Purpose flour, 2cups and 2 teaspoons of vegetables oil. I cup water plus 2 tablespoon of flour, mixed with water

    In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil. Once hot, add the minced meat, cook for 30mins

  3. 3

    Add onion until beef is brown and onions. Add garlic, pepper and coriander to minced meat. Cook for about 3min.when ready remove from heat

    In a bowl, combine flour, salt and oil and water. Use your hands to mix together. Shape the dough in to ball, cut cooked dough circle into 4 quarters, ffold bottom half to the right. Use flour to paste, seal the fold

    In a pan, heat vegetable oil. Once hot put samosa in the pan.. Fr for about 5min... Flipping once u till light and golden brown, remove from oil and drain.. Server with tea, enjoy
