This is a very healthy and delicious meal. I had thought of a swift from the regular palm oil beans or beans with rice and then I came up with this kind of combo. NOTE! it's not your ordinary kind of beans, this is super cool.

Ingredients

  1. Beans
  2. Onions
  3. Ginger
  4. Scotch bonnet
  5. Tomatoes
  6. Palm oil stew ingredients
  7. Tomatoes
  8. Tatashe
  9. Scotch bonnet
  10. Ginger
  11. Onions
  12. Fresh locust beans
  13. Palm oil
  14. Intestine (towel, kidney, fugufugu etc.)
  15. Beef

Cooking Instructions

    Put clean water in your cooking pot, cover it and place on fire. Clean up beans and wash with warm water. Pour the beans into the water on fire, slice in onions and cover it up to cook.

    When the beans is completely cooked/soft, grate your pepper and ginger and pour it inside. Slice tomatoes and pour in the beans. Add little salt to taste, a cube of seasoning, stir and cover to steam for 30seconds and the beans is done.

    Place a pot on fire for the palm oil stew. Ensure the pot is dry without water and pour in palm oil. When the oil is just a bit hot, pour your blended/boiled tomatoes, pepper, tatashe, onions and ginger. Stir everything together, add fresh locust beans, salt to taste, seasoning and stir.

    Pour the meat, intestines as well as the meat stalk. Allow to boil for about 5-10mins and put out fire. Dish white beans and spread this yummy palm oil stew on top. Bon Appétit
