Spicy Beef Mince and Bean Stew with Tomatoes Spicy Beef Mince and Bean Stew with Tomatoes
I use curry powder, so the resultant dish is not going to be very hot. I don't use consomme cubes and season with salt. You can use consomme cubes if you prefer. This dish has a rich flavour because the vegetables and curry powder are fried slowly. By frying the curry powder before stewing it gives a good flavour to the dish.If you use dried beans, use the cooking liquid at Step 6 instead of water to give extra flavour to the dish. Cod with Grated Daikon Radish Agedashi (Deep Fried with Savory Sauce) Cod with Grated Daikon Radish Agedashi (Deep Fried with Savory Sauce)
I bought cod on sale, and made it into my favorite agedashi style dish!- Coat the cod with batter twice so it will have a soft texture when you eat it and to keep the oil from splattering while you deep fry it.- Wash the daikon radish once it is grated, otherwise it may become a bit smelly when it's heated. For 3 servings. Recipe by abichi cookpad.japan -
Beef Livers and Garlic Shoot Stir-fry Beef Livers and Garlic Shoot Stir-fry
I wanted to make a sustaining food for my tired husband by using garlic shoots. I also wanted to make a dish with liver, which is good for me because I have anaemia. So this dish is for both of us. I used the garlic shoots. which were given to me as a gift.I used 70 g of garlic shoots in the picture. You can reduce the amount, and add more bean sprouts. Since this dish has a strong taste, it's ok to use 1 bag (200g) of bean sprouts. Recipe by Manmarumauchan cookpad.japan -
