Ingredients

  1. Beef Liver,kidney (Masalay wale)
  2. ingredients :
  3. 2 kgliver, kidney (Combine)
  4. 6 tbspAdrak lehsan paste
  5. 6-8Sliced Onion
  6. 2 tbspred chilli flakes
  7. 6,8sliced tomato
  8. 2 tbspWhite Vinegar
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  11. As required cooking oil
  12. 3 tbspQasoori meethi
  13. 2.5 tbspgarammasala
  14. 2 tbspZeera powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beef liver,kidney ko achi tarha wash karlen ke usme zara b blood na rahe.

    Phir ik pot me oil garamkar sliced onion fry karen till it become translucent.

    Add lehsan adrak paste and bhunafy it.

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 cup water. then add chilli flakes.

  5. 5

    Then add washed liver,kidney pieces.

  6. 6

    Add Zeera powder and cover the pot by lid.

  7. 7

    Cook in high flame yahan tak ke kaleeji gurday se nikalne wala pani dry hone lage.

    Add vinegar, soy sauce & sliced tomato..

    Cook for few min.add kasoori methi and in last sprinkle garam masala

    Cook on low flame till oil appears on top surface..
