  1. 1 1/2 cuppoha
  2. handfulPeanut
  3. 1potato
  4. 1onion
  5. 1small tomato(optional)
  6. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  8. 1 stringCurry leaves
  9. 4-5green chillies
  10. 2 tspCoriander leaves
  11. 1/4 tspsugar
  12. 3 tspOil

Cooking Instructions

    First wash poha and remove water.

    Put kadhai on flame and add some oil. Once oil gets heated add peanuts and wait till it changes it's colur slightly and put it aside.

    Now add mustard and cumin seeds. Once it cracked add onion, chilles and stirr them for about 1 min.

    Now add potato and curry leaves. Let it cook for another 2 min and add tomato. Wait till tomato gets cooked.

    Add turmeric powder and mix it well

    Add poha, salt and sugar mix it well. After mixing it put lid for 1min.

    Now add peanuts and coriander and mix it.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with some onion and lemon.
