Ingredients

  1. 15-20idlis
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  6. 2 tspsugar
  7. Pinchcitric acid / half lemon juice
  8. Curry leaves (optional)
  9. 2-3green chillies (sliced)
  10. 2 Pinchsalt as per taste
  11. leavesChopped coriander
  12. 1/8 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Get Idlis cut into pieces.

    Take a pan/kadhai on low flame. Add oil, mustard seeds let it crackled, add cumin seeds and sliced green chillies. Saute it for a min.

    Add turmeric powder, water. Mix it well. Add sugar.

    With citric acid/ lemon juice. Stir and boil till sugar dissolve. Add cut Idlis. Give it a mix and sprinkle salt.

    Mix it well. Add chopped coriander. Serve it.
