Ingredients

  1. 1/2 litreMilk
  2. 2 tbspCondensed milk
  3. 1/2 cupSugar Or as per taste
  4. 1 pinchcardamom powder
  5. 2 1/2 tbsp Semolina (sooji)
  6. 1/2 cupmango puree
  7. Granishing:
  8. 1Mango
  9. as neededAlmonds
  10. As neededCashew

Cooking Instructions

    Boil milk in a pan. Add sugar and condensed milk, cardamom powder and stirr on low flame. Keep stirring occasionally and allow milk to reduce little.

    Meanwhile dry roast sooji in a pan for few mins. Make sure colour doesn't change to brown.

    Add the roasted sooji in milk and stirr nicely not causing any lumps. Cook for 10 to 15mins till you see consistency getting little thick. It should neither be watery nor too thick. Allow to cool.

    Blend mango in the jar. Add the puree to the kheer and mix.

    Garnish the mango kheer with some dryfruits and a mango flower. Tadaa our mango kheer is ready to serve.
