Ingredients

  1. 10Potatoes
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 2 tbspolive oil
  4. 1/2 tspPaprika powder
  5. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1/2 tsptumeric powder
  7. 1/4 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Peel potatoes into wedges and wash. Put in a dry bowl and mix with all ingredients. Make sure they mix well.

    Arrange the potatoes in a baking tray lined with foil or parchment paper.

    Bake in a preheated oven for 35 min at 190 degrees. Ovens do vary in temperature adjust accordingly.

    Serve with juice or ketchup. Don't forget to enjoy.
