  12. 1/2 Tspajwain
  13. 1 Tbspkali mirch
  14. barri Elaichi 3 adad
  15. daar chini 2 tukrey
  16. 2-3badiyan phool
  17. 2 Tbspnamak
  18. pani 1 jug
  19. 1 pinchzarda colur
  20. ghee as required

Cooking Instructions

    Pressure mein gosht pani aur sabut garam masala daalen.

    2 adad piyaz, lehsan aur adrak ka tukra add karein.

  3. 3

    30 mint tak slow flame par rakh dein.

  4. 4

    Gosht gal jaye to yakhni drain kar lein.

  5. 5

    Gosht nikal kar aik plate mein rakh lein.

  6. 6

    Piyaz cut karein hari mirchon ko koot lein.

    Pateeli mein ghee daal kar piyaz ko light brown kar lein aur sth he us mein gosht ko fry kar lein.

    Phr is mein hari mirchen add karein aur sth he dahi bhi shamil karein.

    Achi tarah masala sa bhoon lein.

  10. 10

    Chawal daalen aur sth he jitni zaroort ho yakhni shamil karein.

    Cover kar dein 10 mint ke liye.

    Piyaz ko alag pan mein thorra brown kar lein.

  13. 13

    Jab dam deney lgen to green chilli podiney ke patey zarda coulr daalen.

    Piyaz jo alag se brown ki thi wo add karein.

  15. 15

    Dam de dein 15 mint tak.

  16. 16

    Mazedar beef yakhni pulao ready hai.
