Ingredients

  1. ForGram Flour Paste:
  2. 100 gmsGram Flour
  3. 1/2 CupGrated Onion
  4. 1/2 tbspFennel Seeds
  5. 1/2 tbspAjwain(Carom Seeds)
  6. 1/2 tbspGaram Masala
  7. 1/2 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  8. 1/2 CupWater
  9. ForSteaming:
  10. 2 glassesWater
  11. For Frying the Sabji:
  12. 1/2 tbspCumin Seeds
  13. 6 tbsp.Mustard oil
  14. 1/2 tbspHeeng (Asafoetida)
  15. 1/2 CupGrated Onion
  16. 1/2 tbspCoriander Powder
  17. 1/2 tbspTurmeric Powder
  18. 1/2 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  19. 1 tbspSalt
  20. 5Arbi ke Patte (Colocasia Leaves)
  21. 1/2 tbspMango Powder
  22. 1/2 tbspGaram Masala
  23. 1 tbspFresh Coriander Leaves

Cooking Instructions

20 Mints.

    Take all the ingredients of ' Gram Flour Paste' in a mixing bowl and prepare a nice paste of it.

    Now take fresh Arbi Leaves

    Apply the Gram flour paste over the Arbi leaves roll this like given in the pictures.

    Take a vessel, fill it half with water(2 Glass), place a Stainless Steel Net lid over it.

    Place the rolled Arbi leaves over lid and cover the Arbi leaves nicely with a plate.

  6. 6

    Steam the Arbi leaves from both sides for 5-5 minutes on Medium flame.

    Cut these steamed Arbi leaves with the help of the knife as shown in pictures.

    For Frying these Arbi leaves Rolls, Take a pan, heat oil and then put, cumin seeds, Ajwain and grated onion, cook them for 5 mints. And then add the Arbi Rolls.

    Cook it for 5 mints. On medium flame, add Mango Powder, Garam Masala and fresh coriander leaves and then off the flame. Arbi Ke Patte ki Sabji is Ready.
