  1. For the tuwon semo
  2. semovita
  3. water
  4. butter
  5. For the soup..:
  6. Baobab powder(garin kuka)
  7. Scotch bonnet
  8. Onions
  9. Veg oil / palm oil
  10. Beans
  11. Locust beans(daddawa)
  12. Naman sallah bones
  13. Seasoning
  14. Spices(kayan kamshi)
  15. Fresh meat boil with seasoning and spices
  16. Beef stock
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. Ginger and garlic paste

    In a pot heat your oil...add grinded scotch bonnet and onions, ginger and garlic paste,seasoning, spices,beans,locust beans,beef stock,salt,boiled meat,naman sallah (bones), add water and cook till the water reduces and beans soft...

    Whisk in your baobab powder(garin kuka) whisk well to avoid lumps...and allow to simmer for 5mins serve with manshanu and yajin daddawa....
