Ingredients

  1. 6medium potatoes boiled and mashed
  2. 1carrot finely chopped
  3. 1capsicum finely chopped
  4. 1/4 cupbeans finely chopped
  5. 1big onion finely chopped
  6. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  7. 1 tbsp garam masala
  8. 4-6nos Burger buns (depends on patty size you make)
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 tbspnbread crumbs
  11. as neededButter for roasting buns
  12. slicesCheese
  13. as requiredOnion cut to rings
  14. slicesTomato
  15. Spice mix
  16. 1 tbsp tspn coriander powder
  17. 1 tbsp red chili powder
  18. 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  19. 1 tbsp pepper powder
  20. 1/4 cupmaida /cornflour diluted with water into slurry
  21. Mayonnaise
  22. 1/2 cupVeg mayonnaise
  23. 1 tbspnketchup
  24. 1 tbsp chilli sauce optional

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take 1dry spices and mix well.

    In a pan heat 1 tbspn oil add garlic and saute. Add onions and saute. Then add chopped veggies and saute for a minute. Add mashed potato, bread crumbs, salt and spice mix. Add garam masala and mix well.

    Take a portion roll like tikki and dip in cornflour slurry and then coat with bread crumbs.refridgerate for minimum 20 mins

    Deep fry patty and keep aside

    Take mayonnaise and add tomato ketchup and mix well... Can add little red chili sauce (optional)

    With little butter on tawa slightly roast inner portion of buns

  7. 7

    Arrange onion rings, tomato slices on bun base then cheese slice and then patty then some mayonnaise then few onion rings, tomato slice and cover with top bun and serve...
