Chocolate Cranberry Fudge Cake Chocolate Cranberry Fudge Cake
A few years ago, my work donated to employees Thanksgiving Day baskets. Inside was a can of cranberry sauce. I'm not a fan but don't like food to go to waste. On the back of the can was this cake recipe, and I said, "Why not." I liked this cake so much, I now make it every year. #KeepRecipesAlive Raven -

Yellow Cake from Scratch Yellow Cake from Scratch
#CA2025 I was making a birthday cake and needed a box of yellow cake mix. No yellow cake mix and it is pouring rain so I’m not going out. Yellow cake recipe to the rescue and it is a winner. I wanted a three layer cake and I am not so good with horizontal cutting so I divided the mix to three pans and cut bake time to 18 minutes. cindybear -

Delicious Apple Cake in a Bread Maker Delicious Apple Cake in a Bread Maker
I was looking for cake recipes to make every week since I like to bake something on Sundays. I couldn't decide, so I went with the classic yogurt-measured cake but made some changes in the quantities and added apples. It turned out amazing, the best I've ever made. Very fluffy and moist, it didn't last long even though I'm the only one with a sweet tooth and I'm maintaining my diet, so I only had a small piece. I made it in a bread maker, but it can also be done by hand and then baked in the oven. I always sift the flour, but this time I didn't, and it turned out better than ever. This was my first recipe to Allthecooks. I was so surprised with all the ones that "liked" the recipe & those that decided to follow my recipes. Then, accidentally I deleted it over the weekend. So....here it is again. Believe me, I have been cooking for a long time. More great recipes will be coming from this cook! Penny Spangler -
