  12. Cold water

    Sift flour.add salt,baking powder,and stir well.

    Rub the butter.

    Add cold water,and form a dough

    Debone fish and grind it.,grate your pepper and onion.

    Heat oil in pan, add your grated pepper,onion and fish,add seasoning,garlic,curry,thyme and stir well for 5mn

    Take off from heat and allow it to cool completely.

    Dust your working surface, take a portion of your dough and roll it long.

    Put the filling and roll like mat

    Trim off the rough edges,brush with egg wash and seal.

    Use a knife and cut it to your desirf inches.

    Repeat process with rest of the dough.

    Arrange them in a buttered baking tray.brush with egg wash.
