  1. 1/2Apple
  2. 1/3Carrot
  3. 150ml Water
  4. 1pinch Salt

    Cut carrot in small pieces.

  2. 2

    Take out the apple core and chop into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Put the both ingredients with wanted and mix them in the blendar.

  4. 4

    Add one pinch of salt, add water if you want to make it smoother(depends on your preference) and mix them again.
