Ingredients

  1. 600 gflour
  2. 250 mlmilk
  3. 1 tbspyeast
  4. 70 gsugar
  5. 2eggs
  6. 85 gmelted margarine
  7. 1 tspvanilla
  8. Glaze
  9. 100 gicing sugar
  10. 2 tbspmilk
  11. Frying
  12. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl combine your flour,sugar and yeast.

    In a separate bowl combine your milk,melted margarine,eggs and vanilla. Combine your dry and wet ingredients together and knead for 10min (adding flour if needed). Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour

    Punch down your dough and roll it out into about 1/2 and inch and cu out your shapes with a glass and a bottle top for the centre. Lay your donuts on a floured tray and let prof for 15min. In the meantime heat up your oil

    When your oil is hot (not tooo hot) fry your donuts for 1 1/2 min on each side until golden brown.

    Combine al the ingredients for the glaze and dip them at room temparature. Enjoy
