Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl combine your flour,sugar and yeast.

In a separate bowl combine your milk,melted margarine,eggs and vanilla. Combine your dry and wet ingredients together and knead for 10min (adding flour if needed). Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour

Punch down your dough and roll it out into about 1/2 and inch and cu out your shapes with a glass and a bottle top for the centre. Lay your donuts on a floured tray and let prof for 15min. In the meantime heat up your oil

When your oil is hot (not tooo hot) fry your donuts for 1 1/2 min on each side until golden brown.

Combine al the ingredients for the glaze and dip them at room temparature. Enjoy

The most important tip is that this recipe should make 12 donuts, so be mindful rolling the dough out, simply roll it to a 1/2 inch thickness, no more otherwise the donuts will not be light and puffy. For beautiful donuts take care when removing them from the wire rack. Use fresh oil when frying the donuts. If the oil temperature is too low, the color will be good by the donuts will be greasy, if the temperature is too high they'll cook too much and become hard. It's hard to get the temperature right.
