Soak the urad daal and rajma

Cook the daal and rajma in a pressure cooker

Take a pan add oil and butter once heated add cumin seeds bay leaf and red chilli

Once crackle add chopped onion and sauté till golden brown

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté

Add all the dry masala except dal makhani masala

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mashy

Add the daal makhani masala and sauté for few seconds

Now add the ready boiling daal and rajma

Mix well and add salt

Add 1 tsp of cream mix well and boil for few seconds

Lastly once boiled add 1 tsp ghee on top and mix. Your daal is ready take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with cream. Enjoy your daal makhani with rice naan and chapati as per your choice
