  1. 1/2 cup French beans finely chopped
  2. 1/2 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  3. 1/2 cup Capsicum finely chopped
  4. 1/2 cup Carrot finely chopped
  5. 1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
  6. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  7. 1 tbspChilli sauce
  8. 1 tspVinegar
  9. 1 tbspTomato sauce
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspPepper powder
  12. as per needOil
  13. as requiredCoriander for garnishing
  14. pinch Asafoetida
  15. 1 tspGarlic ginger paste
  16. 4 cupsBoiled rice
  17. 1 tspChilli paste

Cooking Instructions

    Take a wok and heat it on a medium flame.
    Sprinkle asafoetida to it.
    Put ginger garlic and chilli paste in it.
    Saute till rawness goes out of it.
    Then after add onion for a while and saute till it becomes transulent.

    After that put all veggies in it.
    Then put all masala and sauces in it.
    Toast it for an minute.
    Now add boil rice to it and saute on high flame for a minute.
    Then after take it out and serve it.
    Sprinkle some coriander leaves on it.
    Our Fried rice is ready now.
