Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupMethi/ Fenugreek leaves

  3. 2 SpoonCumin Seeds
  4. 2Bay leaves
  5. 2Cloves
  6. 2Cardamom
  7. 1 inchCinnamon stick
  8. 1 SpoonGinger Garlic Paste
  9. 2Green Chillies
  10. 1 CupChopped Onion
  11. 1 SpoonRed Chilli Powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1 SpoonTurmeric Powder
  14. 1 SpoonCoriander Powder
  15. 1 cupTomato Puree
  16. 1 SpoonSugar
  17. 1 CupMilk
  18. 1 PacketCream Milk
  19. 500 gmPaneer Cubes
  20. 1 SpoonGaram Masala

Cooking Instructions

    Take Methi or Fenugreek leaves cut it wash it and keep aside then take a Kadhai or Pan add 1 Spoon any Cooking Oil put Methi Leaves and fry for 2 to 5 mins and keep aside.

    Now take a Kadhai or Pan add any Cooking Oil heat for 2 min then add Cumin Seeds,Bay leaves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves heat for 2 min then add Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Spoon full fry for 2 min then add Chopped Onion 1 Cup Cook for 5 to 7 min then add 1 Cup Tomato Puree into it and cook for 5 to 7 min.

    Afterwards add all the Masala Ingredients 1 Spoon Coriander Powder 1 Spoon, Cumin Powder 1 Spoon,Turmeric Powder 1 Spoon,Red Chilli Powder 1 Spoon, mix well then add Fried Methi or Fenugreek leaves mix well and Cook for 5 min

    Now add Milk 1 Cup and Cream Milk 1 Packet Salt to taste Sugar 1 Spoon and Water if required to adjust the consistency, then add Paneer Cubes mix well and Cook for 10 min then lastly add Garam Masala 1 Spoon into it.

    Cook for 5 to 7 min again and Serve it hot to the Bowl. Your Delicious Methi Malai Paneer is Ready to Enjoy with Roti Paratha Naan or Rice
