  3. Soup
  4. Egusi

  6. Kpomo (cooked)
  7. Stock fish (boiled)
  8. Dry fish (boiled)
  9. Cray fish
  10. Meat (boiled)
  11. Scotch bonnet crush
  12. Pepper crush
  13. Onion crush and chop
  14. Spring onion
  15. Garlic paste
  16. Seasoning
  17. Curry masala
  18. Curry
  19. Thyme
  20. Mix seasoning
  21. Oregano
  22. Fish seasoning
  23. Meat stock
  24. Palm oil

Cooking Instructions

    Pour water in a pot and allow it to boil, Sprinkle the garri all over the water, use wooden spatula to mix throughly until smooth. Cover and allow it to simmer for 3-5mnt, done

    In a pot pour your palm oil and onion then fry, add in crush Scotch bonnet, pepper, onion and garlic paste

    Saute for 2mnt then add seasoning and all your spices keep frying for 5-10mnts, add in cray fish stir then meat stir then add in meat stock and stir

    Add dry fish, stock fish and kpomo cover and allow it to cook for 10mnt then scoop your egusi paste and cover after 5mnts then stir gently

    Add your ugu leaf and spring onion stir and allow it to simmer for 10mnt, serve and enjoy 😋
