Heat the ghee add coarse besan flour in it and sauté till they become pink or light brown.

your Mohanthal is ready now add sugar syrup or chasni in it.add kesar and Elaichi powder. Mix them well. - 3
We have to make 1 string syrup.
Keep aside for 30 minutes and serve with your favourite dry fruits.
