Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupOil
  3. 2 cupsGrated gobhi/ cauliflower
  4. 1 tbspGinger
  5. 1 tbspGarlic
  6. 2 tbspGreen chillies
  7. 1/4 cupOnions
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. 1 tbspCumin powder
  10. 1/2 cupWarm water

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly to prepare the dough take a bowl and add wheat flour.

    Add a pinch of salt and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Gradually add warm water to make a semi soft dough.

  4. 4

    Let the dough rest for sometime meanwhile prepare the gobhi masala for stuffing.

    Take a pan and heat a spoon of oil in it.Add ginger, garlic and green chillies to it.

    Now add onions and let it turns aromatic.

    Now add the grated gobhi into it by adding salt and cumin powder.

    Mix it well and cook it for 3-4 minutes.

    Now make small balls of the dough and stuff the gobhi masala into it.

    Roll it nicely and place it onto the heated tawa.

    Make it crisp from both the sides.

    Paratha is ready to eat with chutneys/ curd/ vegetables/ curry/ pickles.
