Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl and soak the Moong lentil for 30 mins with water.

Then drain the water and grind it in a mixer grinder. Make a fine paste.

Now heat oil for deep frying the vadas. Turn on the gas. Medium the flame.

Now mix little salt and eno fruit salt and mix it continuously. Take a spoon and make vada one by one. Fry it both the side.

Now take a big deep bowl with little salt in it and pour water and soak the vadainto the water for 5 mins. Then prees it on your palm and bring the Vada out and keep it in another container. Keep it in refrigerator and consume it latter also as your wish.

Now for best result make a batter of curd and normal water. Check it's consistensy of water. It not be too runny and thick. Soak all vadas on that batter. Keep it on refrigerator.

Consume it after 4 to 5 hr's. Add all chutney, Sev, rosted cumin powder, mint leaves and enjoy.
