Ingredients

  1. 1mashed ripe banana
  2. 1/2 cup rolled oats
  3. 1/2 cup milk of choice
  4. 1 tablespooncacao powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
  7. 2 tablespoonbrown sugar/honey
  8. as requiredchocolate to serve
  9. as requiredMint leaves to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, mash 1 banana.

    Add the rolled oats and milk. Mix well with a fork.

  3. 3

    Add 1 tablespoon cacao powder and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder.

    Also pour in half a teaspoon of vanilla essence.

    Then finish off with brown sugar/honey/ maple syrup for sweetness, mixing it altogether.

    Transfer the mixture to small ramekin bowls.

    Preheat oven at 180 degree C for 10 minutes.

    Leave in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.

    Super easy and delicious baked oats are ready now.

    Serve with a chocolate shavings on top (which will melt due to the heat of the oats).
