Ingredients

  1. 175 gAll-purpose flour
  2. 40 gdark cocoa
  3. 195 gsugar
  4. 9eggs
  5. 5 mlVanilla essence
  6. Whip cream for decorating
  7. Jam for layering and decorating

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 160 degress grease your baking tin. sieve flour and cocoa

    Separate egg yolks and egg whites in separate bowls

  3. 3

    Add essence to the yolk

  4. 4

    Whisk egg whites till peaks forms, add yolk each at a time

  5. 5

    Add sugar in table spoons and try not to deflate

  6. 6

    Add flour and fold in don't over mix. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or till knife comes out clean.

    Wait the cake to cool down completely and decorate with whip cream
