  1. 2Chicken leg pieces
  2. 1 tbspYogurt
  3. 1 tspPaprika
  4. 1 tspShaan tandoori masala
  5. 1/2 tsp Pink salt (as needed)
  6. 2tbspButter
  7. pinch of color (Jaffrang)
  8. Optional
  9. 1 tspMastered oil
  10. pinch of black pepper

    Take a medium bowl then mix all ingredients very well,dont have any lumps.
    • Take the chicken leg pieces wash them well and rub by kitchen towel.And give a bit cut on it sothat the mix spice observed properly into the chicken legs.

    Then coat the chicken very well with masala mixture. And marinated it over night or 2/3 hr into the refrigerator.
    • So preheat your oven 200 deg for 10 min and bake the chicken for half an hour.Then brush the butter on it and again flip the chicken and again bake for another half an hour. When it gonna brown tempted colour and cooked properly like the following image then serve it with garlic or butter tandoori nan or roti.
