Ingredients

  1. For Marination paneer tikka
  2. 1 cuppaneer cubes medium sized
  3. 2onion peices medium sized
  4. 1Capsicum peices medium peices
  5. 1/2 cuphung curd
  6. 1/2 cupbesan
  7. As per tasteSalt
  8. 1 teaspoonKasoori mathi
  9. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  10. 1 teaspoonBlackpepper powder
  11. 1pinchHing
  12. 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  13. As per tasteBlacksalt
  14. 1 SpoonMustard oil
  15. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  16. 1 teaspoonaajwain
  17. For Gravy-
  18. 2 cupsonion tomato puree
  19. 1 Spoonginger garlic paste
  20. 2 spoonsOil
  21. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  22. 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  23. 1 teaspoonRedchili powder
  24. as per tasteSalt
  25. 1 teaspoonGarammasala
  26. 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  27. 2Green chili chopped
  28. 2 SpoonsCoriander chopped
  29. 1 Cupmalai & khoya
  30. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl. Add besan & curd. Mix it

    Add all spices & oil for marination.
    Mix it. Make a smooth paste.

    Mix Paneer capsicum & onion pieces.

    Mix all properly. Rest for 10 minutes.

    Heat a nonstick tawa & Grease with oil. Put marinated paneer capsicum & onion pieces. Shallow fry it.

    Take a plate & keep all paneer tikka. Ready paneer tikka.

    For Gravy_Take a deep kadhai. Heat oil adds cumin seeds crackle & add onion & tomato puree & ginger garlic paste. Fry it. Stire it.

    Add malai & khoya.add all spices. Cook till removing oil the edge of the kadhai.

    Add little water & paneer tikka. Cook for 5 minutes.Ready paneer tikka masala.

    Take a bowl.Keep paneer tikka masala.Garnish with coriander. Serve with Missi roti & nan.
