Ingredients

40 minutes.
2 सर्विंग
  1. 2 Apples(peel and grated)
  2. 1tbsp ghee
  3. 1/2cup milk
  4. 1/2tin milkmaid
  5. 1tsp- cardamom powder
  6. as required Some chopped cashew and almonds

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes.
  1. 1

    Wash, peel and grated the apples. In a pan add ghee and almonds and cashew on low flame. Roast till golden brown and keep it in a plate.

    In same pan add grated apple in hot ghee and roast. Roast it on medium flame till it dry completely.

    Now add milk and cook on medium flame till apples absorbes milk. Add milkmaid and cardamom powder and mix well. Cook till halwa leaves the side of the pan.

    Add some chopped fried nuts. Remove from heat and serve hot garnish with chopped nuts.
