  1. 4medium size potato cut into wedges
  2. 1/2 cupmaida
  3. 1 tspsalt,
  4. 1/2 cup mustard oil
  5. For tempering
  6. 1chopped onion
  7. 1 spoonchopped garlic
  8. 2kashmiri red chilli(sabut)
  9. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  10. as requiredSoya sauce,
  11. as required red chilli sauce
  12. as required tomato sauce
  13. 2 tspred chilli powder
  14. as neededSome chilli flakes
  15. 2 tbspchopped capsicum(optional)7

Cooking Instructions

    Boil potato wedges in water for 5 min.After boiling transfer them in a bowl sprinkle maida n salt mix well.

    Then heat oil in a wok and fry these wedges till little brown on low flame.

    Then heat oil for tempering in a pan add kasmiri red chilli, garlic, onion saute for a min.Then add all sauces, Black pepper powder,red chilli powder, flakes & salt add 1/4 cup water.

    When water starts boiling add wedges mix well cook for few min. add chopped capsicum again mix n off the flame. Chili Potato Wedges are ready to serve.
