Dhaniya Panjiri

Making Panjiri is a tradition at my house, that is observed every year on Krishan Janmashtami
Panjiri can be prepared with a variety of ingredients, though dhaniya Panjiri happens to be the most famous amongst the others
It's unusual, interesting, healthy, and absolutely delicious. You can garnish with your choice of dried fruits and serve it along with some panchamrit
