Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfinely chopped palak/spinach
  2. 1onion finely chopped
  3. 1tomato finely chopped
  4. 1 cupbesan/gram flour
  5. 3-4 tbsprice flour
  6. 1 tspginger paste
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tspchat masala
  9. 1green chilli chopped
  10. As per taste salt
  11. as requiredghee to make chillas
  12. 1/4 tspbaking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl add chopped palak/spinach, chopped onions, tomato, green chilies, ginger paste, cumin seeds, chat masala, salt, besan, rice flour, combine everything well add 1/2 cup of water prepare a thick batter.

    Heat up the saucepan spread the batter evenly drizzle some ghee over it, cook both sides till golden brown, take out, chop pieces into a triangle shape, to make it more attractive..serve hot with chutney, sauce any choice of your dip, enjoy your healthy palak besan chilla.
