  1. 300 gramsabudana
  2. 2boiled cut potatoes
  3. 5curry leaves
  4. 5chopped green chillies
  5. 1 inchchopped ginger
  6. As neededCoriander
  7. 3/4 cupcrushed roasted peanuts
  8. 1/2 cupcashew nuts
  9. 3/4 teaspooncumin
  10. as neededOil
  11. as neededLemon juice
  12. 3 teaspoonsugar (optional)

    First wash the sabudana, soak it in water for 5 hours and then meanwhile, cut the potatoes.

    Then turn on the gas, put a pan on it and heat the oil in it, then add cumin, curry leaves, ginger, chilli, dry fruits and mix well.

    Now add potatoes and shallow fry it. Then add soaked sabudana and peanut, coriander, salt and mix well. Add lemon juice on top.

    Then Dry fuits sabudana khichdi is ready.

    I have served this khichdi with curd and farali chewdo.
    Serve hot.
