Ingredients

  1. Grinded powder
  2. 2 tsp.Coriander seeds
  3. 1/2 tsp.Cummin seeds
  4. 2 tsp.Chana dal
  5. 2-3dried red chilli
  6. 1/2 tsp.Black pepper seeds
  7. In a pan,
  8. 2spoon. Dried coconut
  9. 2-3chopped tomatoes
  10. 3-4spoon. Tamarind water
  11. as required Jaggery (optional)
  12. 1/2spoon Haldi powder
  13. As per taste Salt
  14. 10-12curry leaves
  15. In the end,
  16. 1/2 cupcooked toor dal
  17. 1 cupwater
  18. Tadka
  19. 1 spoon Oil
  20. 1spoon. Mustard seeds
  21. Pinchhing
  22. 2Dry red chilli
  23. As RequiredCurry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Add coriander seeds, cummin seeds, chana dal, dried red chilli, black pepper seeds.

    Roast it for 1 min. Add dried coconut and saute it for 1 min

    Let it cool. Now grind the masala to make fine powder.

    Add all the ingredients in the pan and cook on low flame until tomato gets soft

  5. 5

    Add dal and water.

  6. 6

    Add grinded powder and cokk for 1-2 min.

  7. 7

    Prepare tadka, add all the ingredients and put the tadka in rasam

  8. 8

    Cook for 1 min.
    RASAM IS READY.
