Cooking Instructions

Wash, clean and chop the veggies.

In a cooker, boil cauliflower, potatoes, green peas, capsicum and beetroot.

In a kadai add butter and oil, saute the onions, g3 paste. Then add tomatoes. Add salt.

Open the cooker, smash the veggies with the potatoes smasher.

In the kadai add the dry masalas. Add the snashed veggies. Add little water if required.

Cover and cook till everything mixes well.

On a tawa, add butter and roast the pav.
- 8
Serve with buttered pav, onions garnished with coriander leaves and lemon juice with a dollop of butter.
