Ingredients

  1. 3 cupflour
  2. 1 teaspoonyeast
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 2 tbspnsugar
  5. pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all your ingredients until it forms a dough

  2. 2

    Cover it with cleanfliming or kitchen towel for 30_ 45 until rise

  3. 3

    After 45 min take out your dough and release the air

  4. 4

    Grab your non-stick frying pan and sprinkle with potash water

  5. 5

    Then scoop some of your batter to the fry pan and spread it with your hand

  6. 6

    Cover it and allow to cook on medium heat

  7. 7

    Flip the gurasa and allow the other side cooked also

  8. 8

    Follow the same process until done

  9. 9

    It normally served with kuli kuli it's called ground cookies and some salad and vegetables oil all together called bandashe

  10. 10

    The final look our bandashen gurasa is done you can eat yours with sauce or dip or suya
