Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsbhindi / okra
  2. 2 tbspcoriander cumin powder
  3. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  5. 1 tspbesan
  6. 1 tsplemon juice
  7. 1/2 tspsugar
  8. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  9. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  10. Few fenugreek seeds
  11. 3 tspoil
  12. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash bhindi properly and pat dry it. Then chop into the shape you want.

    Heat a pan, add oil and mustard seeds let it crackle. Then add fenugreek seeds and add chopped bhindi and salt. Mix it and cover the lid and let it cook for few minutes.

    When bhindi is cooked, add all the masalas and mix well. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
