Ingredients

  1. 3potatoes
  2. 2 spooncorn flour
  3. 2 spoonred chilli powder
  4. 2 spoonchat masala
  5. 2 spoondry mix herbs
  6. 2 spoonchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the potatoes, rinse thoroughly and cut into squre long sticks and soak potatoes in chilled water for 15 minutes. This will remove excess starch from potatoes.

    Now, heat 2 glasses of water in a pan, add salt, potato sticks and boil it for 3 minutes. Now remove the sticks from the water and dry all the sticks with a cloth.

    Now, mix cornflour, black pepper, chat masala, red chili flakes and mix herbs in a bowl and sprinkle the same over potatoes sticks and mix well so all the sticks coated with spices.

    Now, heat the oil in frying pan on medium high flame, one the oil is ready, fry the sticks for 5 minutes and let the fries cool down.

    After sometime again fry the fries for the next 5 mintues until they become gold colored all around, keep turning the fries a few times while frying.

    Now, remove the fries from oil. Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
