  3. 1 tspnchat masala
  4. 3boiled potatoes
  5. 2 Cupswheat flour
  6. 1/2 tspn ginger and garlic paste

    For the dough mix the flour salt and water and knead a stiff dough.

    For the filling mash the boiled potatoes and mix all the ingredients well.

    Take a portion of the dough and roll it out. now stuff the filling in it and and roll it.

    Cook it on a griddle with clarified butter or oil.

    Serve hot with sauce or curd.
