Ingredients

  1. 2 cupPoha
  2. 1Onion(chopped)
  3. 4Green chillies
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  6. 1 tbspPeanuts
  7. 7-8Curry leaves
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric
  9. as per taste Salt
  10. As required Sugar
  11. As requiredCoriander (chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in kadhai/pan. Add mustard seeds to it. Add curry leaves and green chilli. Saute well.

    Add roasted peanuts. Then add onion and mix it till it becomes golden. Add turmeric, sugar, salt to it.
    Add soaked poha and mix well. Cover it for 5 minutes.

    Add lemon juice and mix well.
    Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
