  2. 1 tbspFine semolina
  3. 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 2 tspOil

    Firstly, in a large bowl take wheat flour, semolina, salt, oil.

    Crumble and mix well making sure the flour is moist.

    Now, add water and knead the dough. Knead the dough tight.

  4. 4

    Then make poori and fry until it turns golden brown.

  5. 5

    Drain off the poori and is ready to eat.
