Ingredients

  1. 15 ozcanned garbanzo beans, drained/rinsed or chickpeas
  2. 2 tablespoonsOlive oil
  3. 1 Tbsplemon juice
  4. 1 tspcumin
  5. salt, to taste
  6. pepper, to taste
  7. Paprika
  8. Cayenne powder to taste optional
  9. garlic powder to taste
  10. Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a food processor, add drained and rinsed garbanzo beans, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper, Cayenne, paprika, garlic powder
    Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water to adjust consistency, if desired.
    Transfer to a jar to store and refrigerate.
