Ingredients

  1. 1Corn on the cob
  2. Rub
  3. 1/2Salt
  4. 1/4 tspRed chili powder
  5. Halfjuicy lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the leaves from the top of the corn with silk hair. Save few leaves for holding hot corn, rest you can throw. Turn on the flame and put the corn on stove. Start rotating it.

    Do not keep at one position otherwise, it will get burnt. Keep rotating. Left right and back and forth.

  3. 3

    Rub: prepare the rub with salt and red chili powder in a bowl. Take one lemon and cut it in half. Dip it into the rub.

  4. 4

    Start applying to corn by squeezing the juice. Start from the stalk to the end and keep rotating and rubbing.

  5. 5

    Serve hot and enjoy season.😋
