Ingredients

  1. For Boiling
  2. 750 gmbeef
  3. 1 tbspginger, garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 5,6 glasswater
  6. Others Ingredients
  7. 1 tspcumin seed
  8. 2black cardamom
  9. 1 tbspginger (chopped)
  10. 2garlic cloves (chopped)
  11. 1big onion (sliced)
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1 tspall spice powder
  14. 1 tspcumin powder
  15. 1 tspfennel powder
  16. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  17. 1/2 tspsalt
  18. 1 kgSpinach(boiled)
  19. 1/2 cupoil
  20. Remaining beef stock
  21. For Baghar
  22. 1 tspdry fenugreek
  23. 9,10button chilli
  24. 1 tbspginger (chopped)
  25. 1 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

    Add all boiling ingredients in pan and let it boil.

    Remove the scum and cover it,let it cook

    Then meat get tender completely take out it an save the stock for later use.

    In a same pan hate the oil and add cumin cardamom and ginger, garlic saute them then add onion and give ka golden color.

    Add Boil meat mix them

    Add little water and add all spices

    Mix very well

    Add half beef stock and cook until stock get reduce then add spinach and remaining stock,mix well and cover it for few minutes

    Add spinach and remaining stock,mix well and cover it for few minutes

    Now prepare Baghar to adding Baghar ingredients in hot oil.

    Pour it on prepared spinach
