Cooking Instructions

Take a milk in a pan and boil stir continuously. Till reduce 1/4Part.

Now add Sugar and saffron strings and stir cook on a slow flame.
Till reduce 1/2part and change its colour. Turn off flame.Transfer in a another vessel. Allow it to cool on a room temperature. - 3
Keep in a refrigerator for 7-8hrs.Serve Chilled.Garnish with saffron strings and chopped pistachio. Delicious Authantic Basundi is ready to serve.
