  1. For White Rice
  2. 1 cupbasmati rice
  3. As Per TasteSalt
  4. 2-3 dropscooking oil
  5. For Green Rice
  6. 1 tablespoonghee /clarified butter
  7. 1 cupcooked basmati rice
  8. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1/4 cupchopped onions
  10. 2garlic cloves
  11. 1/2 inchginger chopped
  12. 2green chili chopped
  13. 1 handfulgreen coriander leaves
  14. 1diced green capsicum
  15. 1/2 cupgreen peas fresh / frozen
  16. 1 tablespoon pulav masala
  17. As per taste Salt
  18. For Orange Rice
  19. 1 cupcooked basmati rice
  20. 1 small carrot peeled and chhoped in small cubes
  21. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  22. 1/4 cupchopped onions
  23. 1 Tablespoonred chilli sauce
  24. 1/2 teaspoonchhoped ginger
  25. 12chhoped ginger cloves
  26. as per tasteSalt
  27. 1 Tablespoonpulav masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook white rice.
    Soak rice for 30min. Heat up water in vessal add oil salt once it starts boiling add drain rice from water cook until rice done 3/4 th drain excess water remove rice divide in 3 parts.

    For green rice.
    Get ready all ingredients together. Make paste of green coriander leaves green chilli ginger garlic keep aside.

    Now heat up ghee in pan add cumin seeds when they crackers add chopped onions saute till light golden colour add green peas add capsicum saute cover for 5 min. Add green paste mix well

    Saute 2 min add pulav masala salt add cooked rice mix everything well remove from pan keep aside.

    For Orange Rice
    Get ready all ingredients together.
    Heat up ghee in pan add cumin seeds when they crackers add chopped onions saute till light golden colour

    Add ginger garlic saute add carrots saute cover for 5 min then add pulav masala salt add red chilli sauce mix everything together add cooked basmati rice mix all well remove keep aside.

    Now take a serving plate first spread green rice then white rice at last orange rice.
    Your triangle rice is ready to serve.
